Return policy

If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 1 month of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging. We cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if the goods are not in perfect condition or it is obvious to us that the goods have been used or washed.

MAKING RETURNS For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. If you prefer, we will arrange to collect the products from you, but the cost of this will be charged to you and may be deducted from any refund to you. We will only refund the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty. To return any products to us, please email us at sales@theirishlinenstore.com and state clearly whether you would like a refund or exchange. We will send you our returns address via email and please send a copy of your invoice with the return.
